In ultimul timp in jurul meu se dau multe examene. Nu in sesiune, nu la facultate. Se dau examene pentru certificare recunoscuta international.

Pentru ca tot mai multa lume alege sa lucreze in strainatate, sa traiasca acolo chiar, a aparut necesiteatea acestor certificari recunoscte international. Certificari pe domeniul de specialitate.

Am facut o mica documentare cu ajutorul prietenilor care dau aceste examene si asa am reusit sa fac o lista cu cateva domenii care ar putea fi interesante pentru unii dintre voi:

CIMA

CIMA vine de la The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants; ofera certificare in management accountancy, o “meserie” care, din cate stiu, nu are echivalent in Romania, dar e foarte cautata afara.

CFA

CFA vine de la Chartered Financial Analyst si e o certificare ce se adreseaza profesionistilor din domeniul financiar si al investitiilor, in special in domeniul managementului investitiilor, investitiilor bancare, analizelor stocurilor, obligatiunilor si activelor derivate.
Ca fapt divers, din 1963, anul in care a fost data prima certificare, pana in 2006, aproximativ 78000 oameni din aprox. 126 tari au primit certificarea, din care 68000 incepand cu 1990. “In Romania, Institutul CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst), infiintat in anul 2000, are doar 75 de membri, iar dintre acestia peste 20 au absolvit anul acesta. La nivel global, lumea pare sa fie mult mai interesata de obtinerea unei acreditari in domeniul analizei financiare.” – un articol detaliat in ZF

What is the CFA Program?
It’s a self-study, graduate-level program for investment professionals.
The three-year program requires you to study for and pass three levels of exams. If you pass the exams and meet other requirements, you earn a CFA charter.

CIM

CIM, Chartered Institute of Marketing. Din pacate, fata de CFA, unde numai primul examen NU se da in Romania, restul dandu-se in strainate dar si in Romania, la CIM se dau examenele numai in strainate. Examenele se dau si in Romania, contra unei taxe suplimentare de 50 lire. Nu se fac cursuri in Romania, asta da. Dar se poate merge pe self study sau pe distance learning (asa cum am facut eu).

In februarie, iqads ne spunea despre Aneta Bogdan ca “din 2000 este Chartered Marketer si Membru al Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK), fiind, deocamdata, singurul roman cu aceasta recunoastere”. Sunt multi pasi, din cate am vazut, ca sa ajungi sa ai aceasta recunoastere.

CMI

CMI, The Chartered Management Institute.

The Chartered Management Institute is the only body able to award Chartered Manager status. The Chartered Manager process requires candidates to demonstrate how they have developed as a manager and how they have applied their leadership and change management skills to achieve significant business impact.[1]

The Chartered Manager process requires a candidates skills and behaviours as a manager to be assessed via the following steps:

* A self and peer group appraisal reflecting on their use of essential management skills in day to day work.
* Submission of their CPD record showing how you have developed your management skills and kept them up to date.*
* A demonstration of how they have applied your leadership and change management skills to achieve significant business impact.
* A Panel interview

Sincer, nu am verificat daca se poate da si de catre o persoana din afara UK, trebuie verificat.

CII

CII, The Chartered Insurance Institute. Desi are o gramada de institutii afiliate, Romania iar nu e in lista, deci examenul se poate da tot in strainatate.

The Chartered Insurance Institute (also known as the CII) is a United Kingdom based professional organisation for those working in the insurance and financial services industry.
The Institute provides accreditation and professional qualifications to UK and International members. Current (designated) qualifications include (in ascending level order); Cert CII, Dip CII, ACII & FCII (Chartered). These titles may be used by any person upon completion of the required level of qualification and confirmation from the institute.

ACCA

ACCA, the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

Is the largest and fastest-growing global professional accountancy body with 296,000 students and 115,000 members in 170 countries. We aim to offer the first choice qualifications to people of application, ability and ambition around the world who seek a rewarding career in accountancy, finance and management.

CIJ

CIJ, Chartered Institute of Journalists. Sper ca e valabila si pentru Romania. Poate mai invata si ai nostri jurnalisti ceva, desi ma indoiesc…

The Chartered Institute of Journalists is the oldest professional body for Journalists in the world. It was founded – as the National Association of Journalists – in 1884 and six years later was granted its Royal Charter by Queen Victoria.

As a result members are able to demonstrate their absolute impartiality retain their sense of independence safe in the knowledge that they wont suddenly find themselves embroiled in a political row that has nothing to do with their profession or the industry they work in.

Cam atat. Cred ca in total a fost postul pe care l-am scris in cea mai lunga perioada de timp, cred ca o saptamana. Nu stiu de ce, dar a fost parca cel mai greu de gandit

Mai ales ca am citit despre fiecare, am aflat lucruri interesante si cred ca merita sa ne gandim cu totii la ce inseamna o astfel de certificare. Nu numai recunoastere, ci si acces la diferite informatii pe care, in mod normal, nu stim sa le culegem sau nu avem timp. Cred ca ar trebui sa ne gandim cu totii daca merita o investitie in viitorul nostru (nu a zis nimeni ca sunt ieftine certificarile; chiar daca nu mergi la cursuri, examenele costa, biletele de avion costa, etc).

Daca nu am acoperit toate domeniile dar vi se pare interesanta ideea, incepeti sa cautati pe domeniul vostru. Daca stiti alte certificari, nu ezitati sa lasati un comentariu sau sa scrieti voi un post.

Inca o data: gandeste-te bine la viitorul tau! Planifica! Nu lasa totul la voia intamplarii, “cum o fi o fi”, da?
